Huntingdon Away

Once again a great turn out for an away fixture. We fielded three teams against Huntingdon. Pitch conditions were not great but we won't dwell on that. After two very tough weeks against Stamford & Olney the players ( & coaches) were very keen to to make sure that we used all we had learned against the stags.
We were not disappointed with great tackling & defensive work along with metres made, fast offloading & break away runs. All in all a great mornings Rugby where i think it is fair to say we came out on top.
We don't normally mention individual names but we would like to congratulate Harrison on his first try. Well done Harrison you are making great progression. Whilst the tries are important we must remember that all work on the pitch leading up to the try is as important so with that in mind a special mention to Alex who made an amazing number a metres up the pitch.
Well done everyone all of your input is needed to make the team successful weather it is the offload, taking three opposing players to bring you down or a simple pass.
