First Contact

After 5 weeks of training & learning our new skill this season ( tackling) we were on the road for our first match.
We had a fantastic turnout with 30 players joining us.
We managed to get every one to play a portion of the games. The squad have really grasped the contact element of the game already. We saw big hits on both sides and everyone bravely taking it in their stride.
We have a good mix of experienced players who have been with us from the U6's to the new players who have joined us this season. It's good to see that we also have girls again with the squad.
All in all a great start to season with plenty for us to build on for the next game at Stamford.
Well done you should all be very proud of yourselves!
