Kett U9s vs Vipers / Syston

Kettering U9s found themselves away to Vipers this weekend and travelled with enough players to make up 3 teams. Syston made up the three club triangular event.

Kettering divided into teams and played agasint their Leicestershire counterparts throughout the morning.

The Leicester sides coaching staff seemed impressed with our 'Blue Boys' and were heard making positive comments about Kettering rugby throughout the morning.

The Under 9 teams put on some great performances throughout the morning and the boys worked hard inbetween matches during training sessions to improve their general play.

Unfortunately there was an injury to one of our players, Finn Robinson. He felt some pain after a tackle in his last game of the day. Finn was taken to hospital and Doctors later confirmed X-rays were all clear and no serious injury was sustained. Finn feels sore and is recovering in readiness for his return to the club.

Next week we are at home for a training session, 09:45 meet for a 10:00 start.
