Kettering U9s Training

Clever planning, situational awareness, speed of thought, good body position, quick hands, superb communication, intelligent decision making and cool under pressure...all words used to describe the Kettering Under 9s kitchen volunteers! Well done to each of them and thank you for running the kitchen superbly well.

As for the playing squad, it was another successful training session and a large attendance from the Kettering Under 9s this week. We kicked off with a whole squad ABC circuit which included elements of tackling, support, speed and agility work.

The players then divided up to take part in defence and attack work. All players worked hard and finished off the morning with some inter team games.

An enjoyable morning for all involved, we look forward to next week, away at Northampton Casuals...
