Kettering Festival

With our usual fantastic turnout this morning we fielded two mixed sides, the blues & whites.
The Blues played Rushden, ON's, Stamford & Wellingborough
The Whites played Towcester, Oundle, Old Scouts & Salisbury Cathedral ( touring side)
The Blues had a cracking start against Rushden, they found a stronger challenge against ON's & Stamford and finished well against a strong Wellingborough side.
The Whites had a tough start against Towcester, had a great result against Oundle, a frustrating battle verses a hard running old scouts and hard fought game verses the touring side Salisbury Cathedral.
Mentions for the Blues: Ella's try saving tackles ( plural), Toku & Max with their direct approach to making ground, Rucking from Eric, Charlie & Thomas. Great running from Christian, Oran & Clark. Great support play from Shae, Alex, Ashton & Caden which is creating the opportunities for the whole team.
Mentions for the Whites: Great runs from Harry, Freddie, Toby, Gethin & Ben, Tackling from Daniel, Freddie, Jake, Charlie & Milo. Huge work rate from Archie, Josh & Esra.

I hope all the players had a great morning playing & the parents enjoyed watching their children playing with all their heart. Under 10's you a great team, be proud & keep up the hard work.
