Kettering U10s have started this season with extra mid week training on Wednesday evenings, this proved very popular with an amazing turn out.
Sunday's training was just as well attended with some new and returning faces which is always a welcome sight.
A reminder to all that the club is holding a charity event this Saturday (13th September), there will be lots to enjoy. O2 touch rugby will start from 11:30, the senior First team will be playing their first home game of the season as will the Kettering Veterans to provide rugby entertainment throughout the day. On top of the rugby, there will be a World Record attempt, Hurricane and Spitfire fly over and a live band into the evening. All this in support of this year's chosen charity, Help for Heroes... Please show your support for the club and the charity and visit Waverley Road on Saturday.
Another reminder is for the kit recycling programme, any old/unused kit can be recycled through the club for use for other players. Collection bins will be available at the club to donate boots/clothing etc.
Midweek training continues, long may it be successful and well attended. Next Sunday we are training at home, usual time, usual place...
