The rain couldn't stop our boys!

Well the rugby season has officially started in the eyes of Mother Nature who provided us with tricky conditions for this match. The boys put on an excellent performance against a strong Rushden team who pushed them right up to the last minute. Our boys managed to hold Rushden off to win the game regularly sliding sometimes slipping across the try line. The win was achieved by utilising good team work, the passing is improving week on week, keep it up boys! Regularly subbing the boys helped to stop our ever eager team from getting too cold whilst waiting to get on the pitch. A quick thank you to the ever faithful parents who braved the weather and assisted the Blues in another successful match! We look forward to the training sessions on Wednesdays and Sunday before our next match against the Casuals.
