When you take a team on away in this league that are above you, it gets you thinking what can we get out of it? Well like I have been saying all season we never give up as a team and at times have always competed in certain parts of the game.

We started well in the game and looked really competitive against a huge Luton side and when we started to spread the ball wide they did struggle to keep with us and we deservedly took the lead with some great hands and then a turn of pace from Cade Greenwood to score which Sam Zeller converted. Like a few games this season we have took the lead and this has stunned our opposition into life and this was no exception and Luton with their big pack and huge prop (see the facebook photos) scored three tries in the first half but we competed and came back with another wingers try from James Moreton. At half time we were 19-12 down.

The second half we got to grips with their big men and carried on with the fight to Luton and when Chris Lampard ran the length of the pitch we thought we were back in the game but for a fantastic tackle Chris's momentum took him over but the Referee deemed it a double movement and from the quick tap, with our players thinking they had scored, Luton ran the length of the pitch to score in the corner. 24-12.

Did we give up? Not these boys Tareeq Manji scored a lovely try with a chip over the top of the fly half collecting the bouncing ball to score. 24-17. With our tails up and with about 5mins to go some great passing between Hayes McMahon and Chris Lampard put Chris in then Sam Zeller with a difficult conversion stepped up, was I nervous? No never in doubt. Sam Zeller put it straight through the middle. 24-24.

To be fair to Luton they came back at us but our forwards defended with their lives and held up an attempt by Luton in the last minute and it ended all square a great result and well deserved.
