In great rugby weather we took on ONs with their 22 players and our 16! We, as team gave everything and took the game to ONs and battled hard, putting bodies on the line, and put in our best defensive effort of the season in the first half.

We were 20-7 down at half time, and the effort put in didn’t deserve the score line. In the second half we had periods of domination but with tiredness and fatigue kicking in, break away tries and gaps in defence led to more ON tries. The final score was 41-7.

Overall, due to the conditions and the personnel numbers it was a great effort and everyone who put on the blue shirt played for the badge and put bodies on the line in a physical battle. Proud of you boys!!!
