Well, we turned up Sunday firstly expecting more players to turn up, but the 16 that did really turned up, especially in the first half. Considering we were playing the joint and unbeaten leaders we played some fantastic rugby in the first half and really took the game to Old Scouts and only 6 minutes in we were 10-0 up. Must mention Tareeq’s try in the first half, it was majestic running from inside his own half to score!

The old saying; if you poke the beast to much you will wake it up and it will come and bite you on the BUM! Old Scouts are a quality side and we were losing at half time 10-24. The effort we showed soon told and we quickly ran out of steam, which is to be expected, but we never gave up and scored another try in the second half.

All of our players had great games, our pack and forwards were superb winning balls against the head in scrums and our backs played some great expansive rugby, with three fantastic tries.

The final score really didn't tell the effort that went into the game. Proud of everyone that took part.
