Doug Bridgeman's thoughts on the match:
"The Colts started badly and struggled to come to terms in the first half, although the score was close at 12:10 at one point with 2 tries each. Then Wellingborough School scored two converted tries to lead 26:10 at half time. The Colts came back and led the second half 7:0 until the very last play of the game when Wellingborough School scored right in the deep left hand corner and to add to our woes, converted it.
Lack of training together led to lack of teamwork and cohesion, but there is plenty of potential. It is just a pity so many have trained so little in the last few weeks!
There is much to be positive about, we now need to turn up to training and work together."
