They may be friendlies, but these pre-season fixtures are an essential part of rehoning the tools, rebuilding the combinations and sharpening the skills for the season ahead.

It’s also our first chance to see some new blood in the blue and white, while welcoming back and cheering on the familiar faces that make up our rugby family. Three Saturdays. Three home fixtures.

• 12th September – 1st XV v Spalding - 2nd XV v March Bears
• 19th September – Broadstreet

All three games are at home at Waverley Road, so come down, grab a drink and get behind the lads as we build towards the new campaign.
