Roger’s funeral is on Tuesday 10th November at 12.30 at Kettering crematorium, followed by a wake at the Old Barns in Rothwell. The Red Lion.

If you could let any players who used to play with Roger know that they are welcome that would be great.
Thanks
Mark & Adam

Sad news I had a chat with him at the last Old Players !! He hadn’t changed.

I’m sorry to hear this(PS)

RIP Roger so sad to hear he was my PT at Kettering Secondary School for Boys. Also a great rugby player.(DH)

I remember Roger as a good player, captain and sprint coach. He had us doing heel kicks, high knee lifts and bounding. After 30 minutes of that legs were like jelly. I also remember his withering comments as we tried to complete the routines. He made Dick Tilley seem like your favourite uncle. RIP Roger. ?(MM)
