Score does not reflect how well Blues played against a side who were just a bit more 'street wise' at this level, but the team I am sure will learn!

When Tasker Stables scored a great try converted by Joe Daniel to make the score 7 - 14 with just over 20 minutes the Blues supporters thought a home win was on the cards, but Sandbach knew how to control a game and were just more street wise at this level and a penalty and converted try saw the side fro Cheshire pull away.

Although the score does not reflect on how well the Blues played and how close they are to the better sides in Midlands Premier they will learn from this as they did after the defeat to Newport and become a better side and look forward to developing their game over the season.

The Blues thoughts this morning though will be for their prop Josh Cox who was seriously injured in a collision and will now miss the rest of the season, we all wish Josh a speedy recovery.

Next week the Blues travel to Yorkshire to take on Sheffield Rugby Club looking to continue their good and unbeaten form away from home with which they have started the season.
